Lesley brings extensive experience from several fields. She was a crew scheduler and long-short range crew planner  for 6 years. She is familiar with the Sabre line of products, such as Crew Trac, Crew Plan, and Rocade.  She is also familiar with  Aimes, CMS,  and Jeppesen scheduling/planning software.   Her forte is being able to look at a complex set of variables, such as aircraft, crews, and locations, and make a coherent efficient plan that will utilize the available resources for the optimum result. All of this is done in accordance with any applicable Government regulations, company work rules, and union contract rules.  She also has experience with Sabre Crew Qual, and is able to study and develop training plans, both recurrent and initial, and integrate them into existing flight schedules with minimal disruption.  The results of her study can be presented in any desired format, such as Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Project, or the crew planning system of the individual airline.

Lesley has also used her problem solving skills in the banking industry. She has over 15 years’ experience as a manager/auditor, organizing personnel and ensuring that work was completed according to plan and schedule.

Bob has over 21 years in the airline industry 14 of which was in management.  He has an additional 14 years of management experience in engineering/planning.   His  positions included chief pilot of several corporate flight departments, chief pilot on several types of equipment.  He was  Director of Flight Standards, and Director of Operations for a Part 121 International airline.  During this time he developed a good working relationship with the Federal Aviation Administration, coordinating with them on MEL, performance, weight and balance, and documentation (such as the General Operations Manual and Ops Specs) issues.  He was also involved in airline training programs, route analysis, and day-to-day operations issues.

Prior experience includes 9 years with the old AT&T as engineering planner, long range facility planner for large central office installations, and financial analysis of future projects.

He is expert at the set up, installation, and operation of Jeppesen and Sabre flight operation products.

Results of his studies may be presented in any desired format, including Microsoft Project, Powerpoint, Excel, or Word, or in any format requested by your company.
